Our Staff
Molly Robertson
Physical Therapy Technician
I grew up in Utah but live in Portland Oregon area for my undergraduate degree. I am entering my senior year at George Fox University where I am studying exercise science. I hope to work towards a career in Occupational Therapy. On campus I work at the Health and Counseling Center as an office assistant and am the photographer for the Student Activities team! I have previously worked as a Direct Support Professional.
My core values are: growth, humility, service, joy
“Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.” Ephesians 4:2
I am a Physical Therapy Technician, so I will help our physical therapists provide better care to our patients. I do so by guiding patients through exercises, observing them during treatment, and noting their progress each session. Employees in this role also handle clerical and administrative tasks.
Something patients have to deal with that I would like to fix is patients feeling a loss of autonomy, so I hope to help patients gain back confidence in their bodies.
What I love about working here is the welcoming environment of Avila Physical Therapy staff and the opportunity to be a part of patients’ growth with their physical health!
