I grew up in Edgewood, Texas and I am currently a personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach.

I am a physical therapist technician and part of my responsibilities are to clean and make sure equipment is in its proper place as well as assist in starting and guiding patients through exercises. Lower back pain is a common issue I have empathy for so it is one thing I want to help patients with.
I enjoy working at Avila Physical Therapy because the job duties are a great experience in preparing me for grad school and my co-workers are fun and easy to get along with.
