Katelyn Rodriguez

Rehab Aide

I grew up in Corpus Christi, Tx. I attended Ray High School and was apart of the drill team. I enjoyed going to the beach with my friends and running downtown with my family. I then attended Texas State University for a degree in exercise sports and science with a concentration in rehabilitative sciences because I wanted to pursue physical therapy. I worked at an outpatient clinic for two years as a Pt tech which I absolutely loved. I graduated in May and plan on attending Pt school within the next year.

2 years experience working in sports physical therapy, working with blood flow restriction, stem, lumbar and cervical traction, hear packs, ice packs, knowledge about treatment plans

I want to help patients overcome chronic back pain—that’s the issue I’m most excited to assist with.

I love helping patients who feel unmotivated or hopeless in physical therapy fully recover and regain their spark.

When not working I like going to the movies, running club, going to the beach, antique shops , crossword puzzles, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
