Weeks 1–2
Pain
Calm the pain down.
Hands-on techniques calm irritated tissue and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The days it feels almost normal, and the days it stops you cold. It’s fixable, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

Why It Happens
Hip pain is often a mix of tight flexors, a joint that’s lost some of its normal glide, and surrounding muscles that quietly stopped doing their share of the work.
A cause-first evaluation sorts out which of those is actually driving your pain, since the fix for a tight flexor looks nothing like the fix for a joint that’s lost its normal motion.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Hands-on techniques calm irritated tissue and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted mobility work restores motion in the areas that have been quietly guarding the injury.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive strengthening builds the stability that was missing in the first place.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
Your movement gets tested under real load before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
Very nice. Everyone was so good and helpful. Would recommend to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Questions, Answered
No referral is needed to start care here. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book your evaluation and get started right away, no waiting on a doctor’s note first.
Most patients feel meaningful change within 4–6 visits. A full plan typically runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, over 6–10 weeks depending on how long you’ve been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
Most insurance plans are accepted. We verify your exact benefits before your first visit, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (361) 500-6686.
