Hands-on techniques calm irritated tissue and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
What We Treat
The days it feels almost normal, and the days it stops you cold. It’s fixable, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

Why It Happens
Your knee is a hinge caught between two much bigger joints, the hip and the ankle, so when either one isn’t doing its share of the work, the knee absorbs the difference. That’s often why knee pain shows up with no clear single injury behind it.
A cause-first evaluation looks at hip strength and ankle mobility alongside the knee itself, since treating the knee in isolation, rest, ice, or a generic exercise sheet, so often misses the actual source one joint up or down the chain.
The Honest Truth
Nobody regrets starting too early. Every week, someone in our clinic says they regret waiting.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
Hands-on techniques calm irritated tissue and take the edge off inflammation, starting your very first visit.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
Targeted mobility work restores motion in the areas that have been quietly guarding the injury.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Progressive strengthening builds the stability that was missing in the first place.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
Your movement gets tested under real load before you’re cleared to go all-in: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
My treatment took a real team effort, from help with insurance at the front desk to a therapist building a regimen made just for my knee. Hard work, but worth all of it. Everyone pushed me to rehab quickly.

No referral is needed to start care here. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book your evaluation and get started right away, no waiting on a doctor’s note first.
Most patients feel meaningful change within 4–6 visits. A full plan typically runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, over 6–10 weeks depending on how long you’ve been dealing with it. Either way, you get a plan with an endpoint: you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.
Most insurance plans are accepted. We verify your exact benefits before your first visit, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (361) 500-6686.
